Prior to joining Roosdiono & Partners, Valerie has worked as an Associate in one of Indonesian law firm with extensive exposures to a wide variety of practice areas. She has handled numerous mergers and acquisitions projects and assisted foreign clients in investing in Indonesia. She is also familiar with general corporate matters and has assisted several liquidation process and also has conducted legal due diligence both on company and assets and has assisted clients in International Trade investigations, such as anti-dumping and safeguard.
