Brian primarily focuses his practice areas on corporate advisory and corporate commercial matters. Brian’s recent experience ranges from assisting lawyers in handling legal due diligence reviews, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters in the natural resources and health services sectors.
Brian joined Roosdiono & Partners as a Trainee Associate in August 2022 and was subsequently promoted to Associate in January 2024. Before joining Roosdiono & Partners, Brian worked as an associate at a law firm in Jakarta, having previously been an in-house counsel for a listed group in the mining sector.
